Please note that at busier times of the year including launch and sale we may take an additional couple of days to get your orders to you. Items will always be posted out within 7 working days. At Christmas/Black Friday/ bank holidays please also be aware that postage times can be a little slower.
If your parcel states it has been delivered but you have not received the items we will need you to report this to us with 48 hours so we can follow up with the courier company. If this is not reported within the time frame we will not be able to offer a refund for your order.
